Camelot may conjure up visions of mead and ale, but Camelot Cabernet Sauvignon 2001 is a fine example of a cabernet. Its aroma is a nice mix of juicy berries, vanilla, and herbal notes. This cab is well-structured, combining raspberry, oak, and mocha. It saves the best for last, with a massive and lingering finish. Overall, it’s a fine wine for either drinking with dinner or snacks, or for sipping alone.
It wouldn’t surprise me if the 2001 vintage for Camelot Cabernet Sauvignon was a bit hard to find. If you happen to spot it, give it a try.
